Titled “Poetic Expressions of Love” – each course is served with a note bearing a mood-enhancing love quote from famous poets. The menu features Chef’s signatures such as the Foie gras presse with apple reduced in port wine and the Star anise chocolate bar served with salty caramel ice cream and strawberry meringue. $300 nett per couple includes a 4-course “Poetic Expressions of Love” menu, a single rose, picture souvenier (additional $150 nett per couple for a wine paired menu with 4 glasses of wine)
