January 12th marked the debut of Avalon’s new Social Thursdays, dedicated to toys for the boys and sweeties for the ladies. For the first time, Avalon splits up their premises for so that boys can have their fun in the main hall and the girls can be pampered to their own abode at the Powder Room, located at the second level.
Mirrored the lifestyle of Sex and City, the ladies were showered with attention by two Chippendale hunks who never stopped topping up glasses with Cosmopolitans. Walking further in, the Powder Room revealed the pampering services provided by sponsor and partner Spa Esprit. Express manicures, mobile massages, custom perfume blended oils, fairy card readings and glitter tattoos, it was like the ultimate spa retreat with your girlfriends.
Made sweeter with an endless flow of Cosmopolitans, goodie bags of beauty samples and vouchers from Reebonz and Spa Esprit, it would be hard to leave this place. Just be careful not to leave your girlfriends here, because they might just stay for quite a while.
The boys were not neglected in the main hall too. The foxy ladies from Bobbi’s Pole Studio revved up the heat working two hours worth of sexy, stunning choreography. The five minute finale accented with sirens and uniforms must have left more than one guy thirsty for more.
At midnight, the guests were reunited to dance up a storm led by DJ Nicole Chen that lasted deep into the early hours of the morning. We must say, it is an exciting introduction to what Social Thursdays have in store at Avalon. New surprises await each week at Avalon’s Social Thursdays with toys for the boys and goodies for the girls at the powder room. Now, how are we going to find excuses for coming in late in the morning on Friday?
