Created by Head Chef Claudio Sandri, the luxurious Saint Valentine’s Day set menu at $170++ per couple, boasts of quintessential French classics with a modern twist.
The five-course meal unfolds like a Parisian love story, headlined by the decadent Grilled Foie Gras with Fig Chutney and Ginger Bread Crouton, followed by the luscious Josper Roasted Tomato Soup.
Prepared over the famed Josper grill to bring out the natural sweetness of the produce, this smooth concoction is finished with crispy buffalo mozzarella and basil.
This is followed by a “Choose your own adventure” – diners will have to decide between the tangy Steamed Brittany Seabass Fillet in Papillote, and the creamy Pan-Seared Duck Breast.
For dessert, Chef Sandri has thoughtfully conjured up a dreamy White Chocolate Surprise, accompanied by poached strawberries, vanilla ice-cream, and strawberry consommé. Petit fours and friandise, bite-sized confectionaries, will also be served.
